South Park Able What Do You Think Of Shows Like South Park & Family Guy As Far As Being Able To Laugh At Our Differences?

What do you think of shows like South Park & Family Guy as far as being able to laugh at our differences? - south park able

Do you believe that these programs are really helping to rascism, simply by showing ignorance in a very sacastic, as can, in principle, we laugh?

I love South Park, but I really do not think that messages are really given a value that can by their teacher, so that small children.

Adults and adolescents who already their views into account, and any cartoon could probably change a lot of thought.

Young children who see that there is still no clear opinion or care about the problems, but not in a position to see the message of the cartoon is trying to show that they understand neither.

So, yes, they are funny and so, particularly south of the park, but I really do not understand to help these issues.

I am speaking more than Family Guy, but reminds the whole family (a program on his back in the 70s, where he had the idea is to open the series) in AITF, Family Guy is based in the mood to major problems in the Company address. AITF was famous and innovative solutions to problems of racism, sexism, homosexuality and other issues that were swept at this time.

Family Guy does the same. Today, we act as if racism, sexism and other prejudices are gone, but do not know that only they are hidden or recommend something more pleasant than the repackaged problems are over.

When using humor cope with painful issues or grief, the public can understand the situation, but can also internalize that message without preaching is a feeling that is transmitted.
